| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋水益肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法200例多囊卵巢综合征患者采用滋水益肾汤治疗3个月，并观察其临床疗效。结果月经改善总有效率82．5％，黄体生成素（LH）、雄激素（T）、LH／卵泡刺激素（FSH）在治疗后较治疗前明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后患者子宫体积有所增大，卵巢体积及卵泡个数较前有减少（P〈0．05）。结论滋水益肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zishuiyishentang in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods All of 200 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome were treated with Zishuiyishentang for three months,and its clinical effect were observed.Results The total efficiency of menstrual improvement was 82.5%.The serum levels of LH、 T and LH/FSH were decreased significantly after treatment,and the differences were significant(P < 0.05).After treatment the uterine volume was slightly increased,while ovarian volume and both sides of follicles were reduced.Conclusion Zishuiyishentang in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has good clinical curative effect. |
