早期康复治疗对脑梗死患者日常生活能力及相关区素的影响

目的探讨早期康复治疗及护理对脑梗死患者日常生活能力及相关影响因素的影响，以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法收集96例脑梗死后的确诊患者，随机分为观察组（48例）与对照组（48例），观察组在常规治疗基础上应用早期康复治疗及护理，对照组只应用常规治疗及护理。干预后对两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、ADL、焦虑、情绪情感及生活质量进行评价。结果干预后观察组ESS评分、ADL评分、焦虑评分、情绪情感及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组。结论对脑梗死后遗症患者积极进行早期康复治疗护理，能显著改善患者神经功能及ADL能力，并可以改善负性情绪及生活质量，临床应积极应用。

The clinical observation of effect and ADL on patients with cerebral infarction by early rehabilitation

Objective To investigate the effect and ADL on patients with cerebral infarction by early rehabilitation,for accumulating experience,directing clinical work.Methods 96 patients were divided into two groups.The observation group which included 48 patients were intervened by normal and early rehabilitation therapy.The control group which included 48 patients were intervened by normal treatment.The effect,ADL,anxiety and quality of life were analyzed in both groups.Results The scores of ESS,ADL,anxiety and life were obviously better in the observation group after intervention.Conclusions The early rehabilitation can improve the effect,ADL scores,anxiety and quality of life,is worthy to being recommended in clinical treatment.
