护理干预在老年高血压患者生活方式及血压控制中的应用

目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者生活方式及血压控制的影响。方法将我院2010年1～6月收治的172例高血压患者随机分为干预组、对照组各86例；对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在饮食、运动、定期检测血压、坚持服药方面给予护理干预，比较两组在生活方式和血压控制水平的差异性。结果干预组的饮食控制、合理运动、遵医用药率高于对照组，血压控制水平较对照组明显提高。结论护理干预有助于老年高血压患者生活方式控制，提高患者对高血压的认知度，改善其健康相关行为。

The nursing intervention in elderly patients with high blood pressure control lifestyle and the application

Objective To explore the nursing intervention in elderly patients with high blood pressure control lifestyle and influence.Methods Clinical data of January 2010-June 172 cases of patients with high blood pressure were random points intervention group,the control group all 86 cases and control the routine care method,intervention group in the diet,exercise,regular testing blood pressure,medication adherence tonursingintervention,comparedbetween the two groups in the way of life and blood pressure control level differences.Results Intervention group in the diet control,reasonable movement,according to the medical medicine rate were higher than the control group,blood pressure control level was obviously improve than the control group.Conclusion The nursing intervention help elderly patients with high blood pressure to control way of life,improve the perception of patients to high blood pressure,improve the health related behavior.
