21例布鲁菌病患者流行病学及临床资料分析

目的了解布鲁菌病流行病学及临床特点。方法对我院2010年1月～2011年10月收治的21例布鲁菌病患者的流行病学、临床症状、体征及实验检查进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例以农村居民为主，占90％（19例），城镇居民占10％（2例）；饲养家畜发病占43％（9例），生喝牛羊奶占38％（8例），从事屠宰业者占10％（2例），家养狗猫占5％（1例），未有明显接触史者占5％（1例）。临床症状多有长期发热并多为波浪热，多汗、大关节游走性疼痛，部分有肝、脾和淋巴结肿大。结论布鲁菌病患者以农村居民及饲养家畜长期接触病畜为主；大部分人卫生习惯差；人们对布鲁菌病的预防不够重视。

Epidemiological and clinical data analysis for 21 cases of brucellosis patients

Objective To understand the clinical and epidemiological features of brucellosis.Methods Epidemiology,clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examination of 21 cases of patients with brucellosis in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In patients of this group,rural residents mainly accounted for 90%(19 cases),and urban residents accounted for 10%(2 cases);Livestock diseases accounted for 43%(9 cases),drinking cow or goat’s milk accounted for 38%(8 cases),engaging in the slaughter industry accounted for 10%(2 cases),domestic dogs and cats accounted for 5%(1 case),and no significant contact accounted for 5%(1 case).Clinical symptoms were fever with most of wave hot,sweating and migratory joint pain,part of liver,spleen and lymph nodes.Conclusion Most of brucellosis patients are rural and livestock long-term exposure residents;Most people have poor hygienic practices and pay not enough attention on brucellosis.
