依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效探讨

目的探讨依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将我院2009年1月～2011年6月住院治疗的72例确诊的急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例，治疗组给予依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗，对照组给予依达拉奉治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）；治疗组的总有效率为89．89％，对照组总有效率为72．22％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死疗效好，能够明显改善患者的神经功能，安全性好，值得广泛推广和应用。

Edaravone combined Xueshuantong treatment acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of Xueshuantong joint edaravone treatment acute cerebral infarction therapeutic.Methods All of 72 hospitalized patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011,36 cases were given edaravone treatment,the treatment group received Xueshuantong jointed edaravone,and the effect were compared.Results Neurological deficit score of the treatment of group improved more significantly than the control group(P < 0.05).Total efficiency of treatment group was 89.89%,the control group was 72.22%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone joint Xueshuantong co-treatment acute cerebral infarction is good,and it can significantly improve the patient’s neurological function,and it is safety,and worthy of extensive promotion and application.
