血脂及血尿酸在老年脂肪肝患者中的检测价值分析

目的了解血脂、血尿酸浓度的检测在老年脂肪肝患者中的临床意义。方法选取来我院就诊的老年脂肪肝患者123例作为观察组，同期来我院进行健康体检的健康者130例作为对照组。检测两组研究对象血脂和血尿酸的浓度。结果观察组与对照组比较，其具有较高的血脂和血尿酸异常的发生率（P〈0．05）。观察组患者的CHOL、TG、LDL—C、UA与对照组比较检测值均明显较高（P〈0．05）；HDL—C检测值与对照组比较明显较低（P〈0．05）。结论血脂和血尿酸水平代谢异常是老年脂肪肝患者的临床表现，在脂肪肝患者中这两项观察指标的检测对于疾病的预防意义重大。

The detection value of lipids and serum uric acid in elderly patients with fatty liver

Objective To explore the clinical significance of lipids and serum uric acid concentrations in elderly patients with fatty liver.Methods There were 123 cases of elderly patients with fatty liver in our hospital as the observation group,and there were 130 healthy cases selected at the same period in our hospital for health examination as the control group.The observation indexes of the two groups were detected.Results Compared with control group,the incidence of high cholesterol and abnormal blood uric acid in the observation group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).The observation group of patients with CHOL,TG,LDL-C,UA,compared with the control group whose test values were significantly higher(P < 0.05);HDL-C test value compared with the control group was significantly lower(P < 0.05).Conclusion Cholesterol and uric acid metabolism are clinical manifestations of fatty liver in elderly patients;the detection of these two indicators is of great significance for disease prevention in patients with fatty liver.
