预防老年患者压疮的护理体会

目的探讨通过护理干预措施预防老年患者压疮的重要性。方法选择社区老年压疮患者为对照组，护士进行家庭走访，30d后观察记录患者的压疮情况。选择入院时带有压疮的老年患者为干预组，护士对患者进行全面的压疮护理，对家属进行有关压疮治疗及预防的相关知识指导，并在出院时及出院后观察记录患者的压疮情况。结果对照组16例，有效6例，无效10例，有效率为37．5％。干预组30例，有效22例，无效8例，总有效率为73．33％。两组比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对老年压疮患者进行行之有效的护理干预措施．可以有效预防及治疗压疮，提高老年卧床患者的生存质量。

Nursing experience of prevention of pressure ulcers in the elderly patients

Objective To investigate the importance of the nursing intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers in the elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients with pressure ulcer were selected from community as control group.And chose the time of admission of the elderly patients with pressure ulcer for the intervention group,at the same time at discharge and after discharge the observation and records of the patient’s pressure ulcer evolvement.Results The case of the present study was the control group 16 cases,effective in 6 cases.Intervention group of 30 patients,effective in 22 cases.Conclusion For the elderly patients suffering from pressure ulcers,as long as taking effective nursing and intervention measures,we can effectively prevent and cure this illness.
