FGFR2在结肠癌中的表达及意义

目的研究结肠癌切除标本中正常组织、癌旁组织及癌组织成纤维细胞生长因子2型受体（FGFR2）蛋白表达情况，探讨FGFR2在结肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化Envision法，检测FGFR2蛋白在结肠癌中正常组织、癌旁组织及癌组织的表达情况。结果癌组织与癌旁组织、正常组织比较具有统计学意义（P〈O．01），癌旁组织与正常组织比较不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。FGFR2与结肠癌淋巴结转移、临床病理分期、术前CEA有关（P〈O．05）。而与性别、年龄、肿块大小、肿块部位、肿块类型、组组织学分级、浸润深度及脉管有无癌栓无关。结论FGFR2在结肠癌中高表达。FGFR2在淋巴结转移组、临床分期变晚组及术前CEA值升高组表达显著升高．可能与结肠癌的侵袭和转移有关。

Expression and its significance of FGFR2 in colon carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of FGFR2 protein in normal tissues,normal para carcinoma tissues and carcinoma tissues of resected colon carcinoma specimens and to detect its relationship with occurrurrence and development of colon carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FGFR2 protein in normal tissues,normal para carcinoma tissues and carcinoma tissues of colon carcinoma.Results There was significant difference of the expression of FGFR2 protein in carcinoma tissues compared with normal tissues or normal para carcinoma tissues(P < 0.01) and no significant difference between normal para carcinoma tissues and normal tissues(P > 0.05).The expression of FGFR2 protein in colon carcinoma tissue was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,clinical staging and preoperative CEA(P < 0.05),without relationship with gender,age,tumor size,tumor location,tumor type,histological grade,tumor invasion depth and vascular thrombosis(P > 0.05).Conclusion The expression of FGFR2 in carcinoma tissues was significantly higher;The expression of FGFR2 gradually increased with the lymph node metastasis,increasing clinical staging and increasing preoperative CEA.The differences all have statistical significances indicating FGFR2 playing an important role in colon carcinoma occurrence,development and metastasis.
