| 摘 要： | 目的评价达英-35和二甲双胍联合应用对PCOS治疗的疗效，以及对激素水平的影响。方法52例子PCOS患者分成观察组（达英-35和二甲双胍联合应用）和对照组（达英-35）。结果两组用药3个月后，观察组的排卵率、妊娠率明显高于对照组，且观察组LH、LH／FSH、T．P值治疗后明显下降，且较对照组降低更明显（P〈0．05）。结论两种药物联用治疗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵效果好，且能明显降低激素水平，值得推广和应用。

The effect of two drugs combined treatment on hormone level in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Diane-35 and metformin combination on the PCOS,and hormone levels.Methods All of 52 examples PCOS patients were divided into observation group(Diane-35 and metformin combination)and the control group(Diane-35).Results After treatment 3 months,the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate was of the observation group was significantly higher,and LH,LH / FSH,T,P values was significantly decreased and the observation group were decreased more significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion The two drugs combined with treatment polycystic ovary syndrome have ovulation induction effect,and can significantly reduce hormone levels,should be promoted and applied. |
