髋关节置换术中局部注射混合镇痛液的疗效

目的研究髋关节置换术中向关节周围局部注射混合镇痛液的疗效。方法将30例行髋关节置换术的患者分成2组．15例患者术中关节周围注射混合镇痛液，另15例不注射。术后采用疼痛数字评价量表（NRS）评分评估患者疼痛程度：两组患者术后72h内均予以盐酸哌替啶针50mg／次肌注进行追加镇痛，于不同时间点分别记录盐酸哌替啶的用量。结果在术后6、12、24及48h，患者NRS评分注射组比对照组明显低。注射组患者术后72h内盐酸哌替啶使用总量比对照组明显少。注射组患者未发现与混合镇痛液相关的不良反应。结论髋关节置换术中局部注射混合镇痛液能够显著改善患者术后疼痛，减少阿片类镇痛药物的用量。

The efficacy of periarticular multimodal analgesic drugs injection in hip arthroplasty

Objective To study the efficacy of periarticular muhimodal analgesic drugs injection in hip arthroplasty.Methods Thirty patients undergoing hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups,15 patients received periarticular intraoperative injection of muhimodal analgesic drugs,and others not do.Pain of patients were evaluated with a numerical rating scale postoperatively,and all patients within 72 hours after surgery pethidine hydrochloride are to be 50 mg/intramuscular injection for additional analgesia were recorded at different time points the amount of pethidine hydrochloride.Results Compared to the control group,numerical rating scale for pain of the patients of injected group was significantly lower at 6,12,24,48 hours after surgery.Patients of the injected group used significantly less the total use of pethidine hydrochloride over the first 72 hours after surgery than the control group.No adverse effects resulted from the multimodal analgesic drugs were noted in the injected group.Conclusion Periarticular injection of multimodal analgesic drugs in hip arthroplasty can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients and the consumption of Opioid analgesic drugs.
