接种麻疹减毒活疫苗引起麻疹1例报告

麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的小儿常见的急性呼吸道传染病,传染性强,人群普遍易感.随着麻疹疫苗接种率的提高,麻疹发病呈逐年下降趋势.麻疹疫苗属减毒活疫苗,接种后可刺激机体产生抗麻疹病毒抗体,保护机体免遭感染.麻疹疫苗安全性较好,不良反应一般为一过性发热和散在皮疹.但目前广泛报道关于接种麻疹疫苗出现的不良反应,让我们需密切关注接种后的患儿反应.
