摘    要:目的观察痰热清对放射性肺损伤的干预作用及对IL-1表达水平的影响。方法将70例放疗肺癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组完成常规放疗;治疗组于放疗同时应用痰热清注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,直至放疗结束。2组均于治疗前后测定血浆IL-1水平,比较2组放射性肺损伤发生情况。结果放射治疗后2组血浆IL-1水平比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01);2组急性放射性肺炎总发生率、严重性放射性肺炎发生率、发生放射性肺损伤时间比较均有显著性差异(P均〈0.05)。2组均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论痰热清能抑制放射治疗后血浆IL-1的过度表达,有效降低放射性肺损伤的发生率,值得在肺癌等胸部肿瘤放射治疗中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of Tanreqing intervention effect on radiation-induced lung injury and the level of expression of the IL - 1. Methods 70 patients with lung cancer who treated with radiotherapy were randomly divid- ed into control group and treatment group. Patients were received conventional radiotherapy in control group; and were treated in treatment group by radiotherapy combined with Tanreqing injection 20mL joined the intravenous infusion of 5% glucose in- jection 250mL, 1 time per day, until the end of radiotherapy, the plasma TGF - β1 levels were detected before and after thera- py in both groups, and the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury were compared. Results There was significant difference in plasma IL - 1 content between both groups after radiation therapy ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there were significant differences in the total incidence of acute radiation pneumonitis and severe radiation pneumonitis, time of radiation-induced lung injury between two groups ( all P 〈 0.05). There was no significant adverse drug reaction in both groups. Conclusion Tanreqing can inhibit the overexpression of plasma IL - 1 after radiation therapy, which can effectively reduce the incidence of radiation-induced lung in- jury, so it is worthy to popular and apply in the treatment of lung cancer and other chest radiation ontology.
