| 摘 要： | 研究生教育管理是研究生教育成功与否的关键。该文通过分析军医大学附属教学医院研究生教育管理的现状及存在的突出问题,并通过加强政策引导、营造育人环境、搭建创新平台、细化过程管理等措施,在一定程度上解决了管理机制、学术研究和人才培养方面存在的一些问题,为进一步提升军医大学附属教学医院研究生培养质量做了一些有益的尝试。
