| 摘 要： | 目的 研究参麦注射液(SM)对缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)和血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响.方法 取SD雄性大鼠30只,随机均分为三组:假手术组(S组)、缺血-再灌注组(IR组)和参麦注射液预处理组(SM组).采用冠脉结扎再松开的办法制备大鼠缺血-再灌注损伤模型.实时荧光定量PCR检测心肌组织H-FABP mRNA的表达;酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测心肌组织H-FABP的水平;一步提取比色法测定血清中FFA水平的变化.结果 与S组比较,IR、SM组H-FABP mRNA表达水平和H-FABP水平均明显降低,血清FFA水平明显升高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);与IR组比较,SM组心肌组织H-FABP mRNA表达水平和H-FABP水平明显升高、血清FFA水平明显降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 SM可提高缺血-再灌注损伤后大鼠心肌组织H-FABP的水平和抑制血清FFA的升高,对心肌产生保护作用.
