摘    要:目的观察铺灸疗法对强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果和功能恢复的影响。方法选择就诊患者58例,随机分为两组(铺灸组和西药组)并治疗。结果铺灸组总有效率为93.1%,明显优于西药组(62.1%),两组在治疗前后BASDAI和BASFI功能指数方面均有不同程度的改善,但铺灸组BASDAI和BASFI均明显高于西药组(P〈0.05)。结论研究结果表明,铺灸组总有效率明显高于西药组,铺灸疗法对强直性脊柱炎患者功能恢复有更显著的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of long snake moxibustion and its effect on functional rehabilitation in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Fifty-eight outpatients were enrolled and randomly allocated to two groups (long snake moxibustion group and Western drug group) for treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 93.1% in the long snake moxibustion group, which was significantly higher than 62.1% in the Western drug group. After treatment, the BASDAI score and the BASFI score decreased in different degrees in both groups but were significantly lower in the long snake moxibustion group than in the Western drug group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of this :study have showed that the total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the long snake moxibustion group than in the Western di'ug group. Long snake moxibustion has a more marked restoring effect on the functions of ankylosing spondylitis patients.
