摘    要:在面向信息化教育进程中,教师发展对教育信息化起着至关重要的作用。如何提高教师的现代教育技术能力已成为目前研究的热点。文章以"4(14)N"体系为标准,通过前期对陕西农村中小学教师现代教育技术能力现状的分析,发现问题并对其提出具体的解决对策,以探索提高陕西农村中小学教师现代教育技术能力的有效之策。
