| 摘 要： | 目的探讨嗅鞘细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤患者的术后疗效及护理。方法回顾性分析200例脊髓损伤患者嗅鞘细胞移植术后的疗效与护理经验。结果除4例完全性脊髓断裂的患者无效外,其余196例患者的观察指标均有不同程度改善,其中8例脊髓损伤患者重新站立。结论做好脊髓损伤患者的心理护理,严密观察病情变化,预防各种并发症的发生,加强康复锻炼,是提高嗅鞘细胞移植术效果的有效措施。
