针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗中风后失眠临床观察

目的观察针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗中风后失眠的疗效。方法将60例中风后失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组运用针刺配合耳压治疗，对照组口服西药舒乐安定治疗，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表以及WHO颁布的失眠临床疗效判断标准判断其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为73．3％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在PSQI评定方面，两组患者治疗前后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能等均有明显改善（P〈O．01），治疗组睡眠质量及日间功能的改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组副反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论结果表明针刺配合耳穴贴压在治疗中风后失眠方面安全而有效，能有效改善患者睡眠质量。

Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Sticking for Treating Post-stroke Insomnia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy in treating post-stroke insomnia. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke insomnia were randomly divided into a treatment group to receive combined acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy, and a control group to receive orally administered Estazolam for treatment. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and the criteria of therapeutic effects for insomnia stipulated by World Health Organization （WHO） were adopted for evaluating the treatment outcomes. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. According to PSQI, both groups had improvement in sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency and day time function after treatment （P〈0.01）, and the improvements of sleep quality and day time function in the treatment group were better than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of adverse effect in the treatment group was lower than in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It shows that combined acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy is safe and effective in treating post-stroke insomnia and improving the sleep quality.
