| Abstract: | The effect evaluation of item training is an important work in carrying out the plan of item. By the effect evaluation in the near future the problems in the couse of carrying out the item can be timely discovered. By the effect evaluation at a specified future date it can be known that the effects achieved after carrying out the item and whether the item works would achieve the desired results or not. |
