| 摘 要： | 目的:研究聚精活血颗粒临床治疗核蛋白组型异常异常男性不育症的方法及疗效。方法:观察59例男性不育症患者用聚精活血颗粒治疗前后精子核蛋白组型半定量值和精液参数的变化情况。结果:聚精活血颗粒治疗1个疗程(3个月)后,总有效率83.05%。治疗后精子核蛋白组型半定量值和精液质量较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:聚精活血颗粒治疗精子核蛋白组型异常男性不育症具有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Jujing granulation with blood circulation in the treatment of male sterility patient with abnormal nucleoprotein transition.Methods:The changes of nucleoprotein transition and semen of 59 male sterility patients treated by Jujing granulation with blood circulation were observed before and after the treatment.Results:After a 3-month course of treatment,the total efftive rate is 83.05%.Except sperm concentration(P<0.05),the nucleoprotein transition,rapid sperm motility,forward sperm motility and total sperm motility obviously improved(P<0.01).The Jujing granulation with blood circulation evidently improved the abnormal nucleoprotein transition and sperm quality of the sterility patients.Conclusion:The Jujing granulation with blood circulation has good curative effect on male sterility with abnormal nucleoprotein transition. |
