三维及二维超声成像联合对胎儿畸形的诊断价值

目的探讨三维及二维超声成像联合诊断对胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法对60例二维超声检查时发现或怀疑胎儿发育异常的中、晚期孕妇进行三维超声成像,所有病例均经分娩后随访或引产后病理证实,计算二维超声与三维及二维超声联合成像的诊断符合率。结果 60例胎儿经证实共有畸形68处,二维超声确诊82.35%（56/68）,三维及二维超声成像联合确诊94.12%（64/68）,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P（0.05）。结论三维超声成像能提供更丰富的诊断信息,显示直观立体图像,对颜面部、肢体畸形的诊断更准确,可弥补二维超声的不足,两者联合可提高产前诊断胎儿畸形的准确率。

Value of Three-Dimensional Combined with Two-Dimensional Ultrasound in Diagnosing Fetal Malformation

Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound（3DUS） combined with two-dimensional ultrasound（2DUS） in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods 3DUS were performed in 60 medium-late pregnancy fetuses who were suspected to be fetal malformation by means of 2DUS;they were all confirmed after follow up or delivery.The diagnosis accuracy of malformation with 2DUS alone was compared to 3DUS plus 2DUS.Results Sixty eight fetal malformations were confirmed in totally 60 cases,the diagnosis accuracies was 82.35%（56/68） for 2DUS alone and 94.12%（64/68） for 3DUS combined with 2DUS,respectively（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion 3DUS can offer more plentiful diagnostic information,it has the superiority of clearly demonstrating direct stereoimage and high diagnosis accuracy for the deformity of face and limbs.3DUS combined with 2DUS can increase the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation.
