咽鼓管造影CT扫描诊断咽鼓管阻塞的意义

目的探讨咽鼓管造影CT扫描对咽鼓管阻塞的诊断意义。方法对用常规方法检查有咽鼓管阻塞的323例患者，在耳内镜＋显像系统下行咽鼓管造影、高分辨螺旋CT扫描。结果323例患者中，在病因方面：炎症性病例占98．5％，非炎症性占1．5％；从阻塞程度看，轻度阻塞和不完全阻塞者占89．5％，完全阻塞者占10．5％；从阻塞部位看，咽鼓管软骨部发生最多，占66．9％，其次是峡部，占21．1％，骨部最少，占12．0％。结论咽鼓管造影CT扫描可了解咽鼓管阻塞的部位、程度，弥补了常规检查方法的不足，为临床诊断及治疗咽鼓管疾病提供科学依据。

The Value of Retrograde Tubo-Tempanography with Spiral CT in Patients with Obstruction of Eustachian tube

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of tubo-tempanography by CT in obstruction of eustachian tube(ET).Methods To tubo-tempanography by spiral CT scanning,auditory endoscopic were performed in 323 patients for obstruction of eustachian tube.Results In part of pathogeny,the obstruction of ET resulted from the infection is mostly 98.5%,the no infection being 1.5%,in part of obstruction degree,the little obstruction being 89.5% but the full obstruction 10.5%.For obstractive position,the cartilaginous part is mostly(66.9%),the second is isthmus(21.1%),the least being bony part(12%)of ET in 323 cases.Conclusion The methods of spiral CT scanning could find out the obstruction position,degree,making up of the diagnostic methods,also,supplying the gist of clinical diagnosis and treatment fo ET diseases.
