| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药治疗晚期肝癌顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法 将70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例予中药治疗,对照组35例予盐酸哌甲酯肌肉注射,两组均连续治疗3d后观察临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为85．71％,对照组总有效率为62．86％;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 中药治疗肝癌晚期顽固性呃逆疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of intractable hiccup in patients with advanced hepatic carcinoma.Methods Seventy subjects were dvided into control group and treatment group;35 cases in the contrl group were treated with muscular injection of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride and 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy was observed after three-day treatments.Result The total effective rate was 85.71% in the treatmen... |
