| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ＣＴ对胆囊癌的诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析了２９例经病理证实的胆囊癌的ＣＴ表现，其中３例作了ＣＴ随访。结果肿块型１１例、腔内型８例、厚壁型１０例，增强后肿瘤明显强化，密度不均匀；肝脏直接受侵２０例、肝转移７例、胆管扩张８例、淋巴结转移１０例及静脉瘤栓３例，１０例合并胆囊结石。结论ＣＴ能很好地显示胆囊的大小、形态、分型及肿瘤的扩散范围，对临床治疗有较大的帮助。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for gallbladder carcinoma. Material and methods CT features of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively in 29 cases,and 3 of them were followed by CT scans. Results The major CT findings of gallbladder carcinoms were classified as follows:mass 11 cases,intraluminal mass 8 cases and thickened wall 10 cases. The tumors showed inhomogeneous appearance and marked enhancement. Associated features included:direct hepatic invasion 20 cases,hepatic metastaseis 7 cases,bile duct dilatation 8 cases,metastaseis lymph nodes 10 cases and venous thromboseis 3 cases. Conclusion CT can reliably exhibit the size,morphology,type and extension of the gallbladder carcinoma,and is useful in the selection of clinical therapy. |
