摘    要:目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)容积再现(VR)技术在鼻骨骨折中的诊断价值. 资料与方法 采用高分辨CT(HRCT)和HRCT 结合VR技术回顾性分析30例鼻骨骨折患者资料.比较单纯观察HRCT法和HRCT结合VR技术诊断鼻骨骨折的差异. 结果 采用HRCT及HRCT结合VR两种方法诊断鼻骨骨折,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01). HRCT 结合VR技术可以准确诊断有无骨折、准确区分不伴移位的线性鼻骨骨折和鼻骨孔. 结论 MSCT中HRCT结合VR技术在鼻骨骨折中具有重要的诊断价值.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of VR with MSCT in nasal bone fracture. Materials and Methods The imaging data of 30 cases with nasal bone fracture were analyzed retrospectively, compared with HRCT and HRCT combined VR. Results There was statistically significant difference between HRCT and combined HRCT with VR in diagnosis of nasal bone fracture(P<0.01). The combined application of HRCT and VR could accurately diagnose linear nasal bone fracture and nasal bone foramen. Conclusion HRCT combined VR with MSCT has important diagnostic value in nasal bone fracture.
