| 摘 要： | 目的探讨蛋白S在脑梗死中的改变.方法脑梗死患者42例,健康体检者40例作为对照.使用自动凝血仪检测蛋白S活性,ELISA法检测总和游离蛋白S抗原含量.结果42例脑梗死患者中检出7例蛋白S活性缺乏,其中仅有2例伴有游离蛋白S抗原严重下降.结论脑梗死中存在蛋白S活性缺乏,但并不与游离蛋白S抗原下降相平行.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate changes of plasma protein S in ischaemic stroke.Methods: Forty two patients with ischemic stroke and 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this trial.Plasma protein S activity was detected by clotting assay on the ACL 300 automantic coagulation laboratory;total and free PS were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA).Results: Among 42 patients, 7 with protein S activity dificiency were found while only 2 of them showed marked decrease in antigens of free protein S. Conclusion:Protein S deficiency may develop in ischemic stroke patients,however 70% of them do not have a current decrease of antigen of free PS. |
