舌下含服米索前列醇在无痛人工流产术中的作用

目的:观察舌下含服米索前列醇在异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术中的效果,以选择最佳的无痛流产方法。方法:将100例早孕拟行人工流产术的妇女,随机分为A组(异丙酚静脉麻醉)、B组(舌下含服米索前列醇联合异丙酚静脉麻醉)、C组(行常规人工流产术)。观察3组宫颈扩张效果,比较扩宫时间、术中出血量及镇痛效果。结果:A组术中完全无痛但增加术中出血量;B组宫颈松弛,术中出血量减少,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:米索前列醇用于异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术可缩短扩宫时间,减少术中出血量,效果良好,可联合应用。

Effect of Subligual Misoprostol in Indolent Artificial Abortion

Objective; To investigate the effects of sublin-gual misoprostol during the artificial abortion by means of ve- nous anesthesia of propofol. Methods; 100 women undergoing termination of first-trimester pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups. Women in group A received the artificial abortion in the way of venous anesthesia of propofol, and women in group B took sublingual misoprostol during the artificial abortion by means of venous anesthesia of propofol, and women in group C received convention artificial abortion. The dilatation of cervix, duration of cervical dilatation, amount of bleeding during operation and painful degree were observed. Results: Women in group A were painless, but had more amount of bleeding during operation. The dilatation of cervix was better, and amount of bleeding during the operation was less in group B. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions; Sublingual misoprostol is an effective way of shortening duration of cervical dilatation, reducing amount of bleeding during operation.
