脑梗死合并2型糖尿病的临床分析

目的：探讨脑梗死合并2型糖尿病与单纯脑梗死之间的血脂水平、凝血功能及预后的差异。方法：将70例脑梗死合并2型糖尿病病人设为糖尿病组，62例单纯脑梗死病人设为非糖尿病组，两组均给予相同的抗凝、抗血栓、脱水、降压和改善微循环等治疗。糖尿病组同时给予降血糖治疗。结果：两组在腔隙性脑梗死发生率（P〈0．01）、高脂血症发生率（P〈0．01）、脑梗死治愈率（P〈0．05）方面相比差别均有统计学意义。结论：糖尿病组的疗效及预后明显较非糖尿病组差，其不良预后与高血糖有关。

Clinical analysis of cerebral infarction with diabetes mellitus and without diabetes mellitus

Objective:To study the differences in the types of cerebral infarction,blood coagulation function and outcomes between the infracted patients with and without diabetes mellitus.Methods:Group A included 70 patients with diabetes mellitus and 62 patients without diabetes mellitus were in group B Two groups were both given treatment of anticoagulant,ant thrombus,dehydration,lowering blood pressure and improving microcirculation.Patients with diabetes mellitus were given treatment of blood sugar control at the same time.Results: The two groups had significant differences in the incidence rates of cerebral lacunae(P<0.01) and hyperlipidemia(P<0.01) and the cure in cerebral infracted(P<0.01).Conclusions: The curative effects and outcomes in patients without diabetes mellitus were much better than patients with diabetes mellitus,The bad outcomes were related to the higher blood sugar in the group A.
