| 摘 要： | 目的：研究心理应激法诱导IBS大鼠模型及宁肠汤对神经内分泌功能变化的调节作用。方法：以慢性束缚应激加夹尾刺激作为心理应激原诱导IBS大鼠模型。采用放免法检测模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴（HPA轴）功能，观察宁肠汤的调节作用。结果：慢性束缚应激加夹尾刺激诱导IBS大鼠HPA轴兴奋性升高，皮质醇（Cor）、促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）含量明显升高（P〈0．01）。而宁肠汤能降低IBS大鼠Cor、ACTH的含量（P〈0．05），抑制HPA轴的兴奋性。结论：宁肠汤对心理应激致IBS大鼠的神经内分泌功能紊乱有一定的调节作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the regulating action of Ningchang decoction on hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rats. Methods:The IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged and end excited. Adopted with RIA method, the function of HPA axis was measured and regulating acting of Ningchang decoction was observed. Results:Stress increased the contents of serum corticotrophin (Cor) and adrenocortictropin homone (ACTH) (P<0.01), which indicated the excitability of HPA axis was enhanced. While Ningchang decoction could decrease the contents of Cor and ACTH, which indicated the excitability of HPA axis was restrained. Conclusion:Ningchang decoction can regulate disorder of neuroendocrine-function of stressed IBS rats. |
