| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植术治疗眼表疾病的疗效。【方法】对33例(39只眼)不同类型眼表疾病患行新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植，随访3～18m。【结果】术后移植片全部存活，角膜上皮愈合。术后视力均有不同程度提高。随访期问，眼表稳定，无新生血管形成及复发等。【结论】新鲜羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘移植术能有效治疗眼表疾病。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined limbal autografts for the treatment of ocular surface disease.33 patients(39 eyes)with different ocular surface disease were received fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined limbal autografts.The follow-up period varied between 3 to 18 months.All grafts survived and ocular surface epithelial healed.Vision in all the cases were improved in different extent.Stable and quiet ocular surface were obtained,no neovascularization formation and no recurrence were found.[Conclusion]The method of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined limbal autografts for the treatment of ocular surface disease is effectual. |
