安可梦口服液镇静催眠作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究中药复方制剂安可梦口服液(简称AKM)药效学作用。方法通过观察测定AKM对实验小鼠自发活动情况,对戊巴比妥钠阀下剂量、阀剂量小鼠睡眠时间和对硝酸士的宁致小鼠惊厥的影响,研究AKM镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用。结果AKM口服液能抑制小鼠自发活动,对小鼠睡眠的影响与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用,有对抗硝酸士的宁导致惊厥发作的作用.且剂量越大,作用越明显。结论AKM口服液有明显的镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用,为AKM的临床运用提供了实验研究依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic mechanism of An Ke Meng (AKM) oral liquid in rreatment of insomnia. Method Autokinesis of the mouse, the effect to the sleep durance of mouse which was applied under valve dosage, valve dosage of sodium pentobarbital and mouses which was induced to eclampsia by nitrostrychnine were observed to study the sedation, hypnogenesis and eclampsia effect of AKM. Results Autokinesis of the mouse can be decreased by AKM, it has a synergetic effect with sodium pentobarbital in affect the sleep of the mouse, it also has an antagonistic action to eclampsia induced by nitrostrychnine. The effect is more obvious as the dosage is enhanced. Conclusion AKM had an obvious effect in sedation, hypnogenesis and eclampsia and these had provided a pharmacological experimental evidence in clinical application of this drug.
