| 摘 要： | 观察58例动脉粥样硬化患者,根据其斑块不同病变类分为脂质型斑块,纤维脂质型斑块,钙化型斑块,溃疡型斑块四组,均给予祛淤消斑胶囊治疗8个月,观察其对不同类型斑块组织学构成的影响。结果除溃疡型外,各型斑块的组织学构成在用药前后均有不同程度的变化。其变化最大的为脂质型斑块（P＜0．05）,纤维型斑块次之,钙化型斑块变化率最小,提示祛淤消斑胶囊能在一定程度上改变斑块的组织学构成,增大斑块的密度,起到稳定斑块的作用,从而减少急性心脑血管疾病的发生率。

| Abstract: | The plaque in 58 cases were categorized into lipid,fibrous,calcified and ulcerative plaque,and treated with "Quyu Xiaoban Capsule"for 8 months.Meanwhile,the plaque was histologically observed.After treatment,the histological tissues of the plaque improved,with varying degrees,the lipid plaque first ( P <0 05),fibrous plaque second and calcified plaque third.It is revealed that the Capsule can change histological structure,increase the plaque density and stabilize the plaque,as a result,to reduce the occurrence of the acute cardio-cerebrovascular accidents. |
