云南元江流域现行疟疾传染源防治措施执行情况及效果评价

采用面上调查，现场试验和家庭询访相结合的方法，对云南元江流域疟疾传染病防治措施执行情况及效果进行综合评价。结果为：目前年药品投入仅能满足本地居民需求的２８．１２％。预防服药、休止期根治和推断性治疗分别仅能完成要求的１６．２１％，３３．５９％和２０．３１％，预防服药组发病率显低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５），居民对预防服药和休止期根治的依从性差，服药指数分别为０．３５３和０．３２６，结论为现行使用的传染

The Evaluation of Implementation and Effectiveness of Aetiological Control Measure of Malaria at Present in Yuanjiang Basin, Yunnan

The evaluation of implementation and effectiveness of aetiological control measures of malaria was carried out by using integrated methods of wide area investigation, field trials and household interview in Yuanjiang Basin of Yunnan Province. As results, the present antimalarial drug budget only meets 28. 12% need of local population (not including mobile population); prophylactic,radical and presumptive treatment measures can only complete 16. 21 %, 33. 59% and 20. 31 % required amount respectively; field trials show that the incidence in the group of taking prophylactic agents is significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 05); but people's compliance to preventive and radical treatment measures is very negative,medicine-taking indices being respectively 0. 353 and 0. 326. The conclusion is that the present malaria aetiological control measures can effectively prevent malaria transmission, but too small budget from local government, too unsatisfactory primary care system and too poor resident compliance to complete the required standard amount, so that the measures can not effectively play their roles in malaria control.
