肺腺癌中K-ras基因突变及VEGF表达的临床意义及相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨K-ras基因突变(p21ras蛋白)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达在判断肺腺癌患者预后中的作用及二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法,对33例肺腺癌及7例非癌性肺组织p21ras蛋白及VEGF的表达进行检测,分析它们与各项病理指标的关系,以及p21ras蛋白及VEGF表达的相关性。结果p21ras蛋白及VEGF在肺腺癌中的表达明显高于非癌组织.且二者的表达在淋巴结转移组和非淋巴结转移组间均存在显著性差异。肺腺癌组织中p21ras蛋白及VEGF的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.5953,P〈0.01)。结论p21ras蛋白及VEGF表达可以作为肺腺癌诊断及其预后判断的指标,p21ras蛋白可能对VEGF的表达起促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the prognostic role of Kras gene mutations and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) on lung adenocarcinoma and the association between them.Methods: The expression of p21ras protein and VEGF in samples from 33 patients with lung adenocarcinoma and 7 patients without lung cancer were measured by SP immunohistochemical method.Analyzed their relationship with different pathological factors,and the correlation between them.Results: The expressions of K-ras genes mutations and VEGF in lung cancer group was higher than those in control group,and their expressions in cases with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in cases without lymph node metastasis.There was a significant positive correlation between K-ras genes mutations and VEGF in lung adenocarcinoma,r=0.5953,P<0.01.Conclution: K-ras gene mutations and VEGF can serve as diagnosis and prognosis factor of lung adenocarcinoma.K-ras gene mutations may enhance the expressions of VEGF.
