畅枢汤保留灌肠治疗腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍32例疗效观察

目的 观察畅枢汤保留灌肠治疗腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的临床疗效.方法 将60例功能性胃排空障碍患者随机分为2组.对照组28例给予禁食、胃肠减压、温盐水洗胃、静脉补液、维持水电解质酸碱平衡、补充维生素及微量元素等综合治疗;治疗组32例在对照组基础上加畅枢汤150 mL保留灌肠,12 h1次.观察2组患者胃排空功能恢复时间,平均胃肠减压放置时间.结果 治疗组＜2周恢复胃排空功能16例,＜3周恢复24例,＜4周恢复30例,＞4周恢复1例.平均胃肠减压放置时间13.5日.对照组＜2周恢复胃排空功能4例,＜3周恢复12例,＜4周恢复18例,＞4周恢复6例,平均胃肠减压放置时间24.6日.2组在胃排空功能恢复时间、程度及胃肠减压放置时间方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组优于对照组.结论 畅枢汤保留灌肠治疗腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍疗效确切,费用低廉,值得推广应用.

Observation of functional delayed gastric emptying after operation of abdomen treated by retention enema of Changshu decoction

Objective To observe functional delayed gastric emptying after operation of abdomen treated by retention enema of Changshu decoction. Methods 60 patients with functional delayed gastric emptying after operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=28) were treated by fast, gastrointestinal decompression, gastric lavage with warm saline, fluid replacement by infusion for acid-base balance of water-electrolyte and supplement of vitamin and micro elements. Patients in treatment group (n=32) were treated by retention enema of Changshu decoction on the basis of control group. Results Recovery was 16 cases, 24 cases, 30 cases at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, respectively in treatment group. Recovery was 4 cases, 12 cases, 18 cases at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, respectively in control group. Time of gastrointestinal decompression were partly 13.5 days, 24.6 days in treatment group and control group. There were significant differences between two groups on recovery time, degree and time of gastrointestinal decompression. Conclusion Changshu decoction has definite, short course, low expense on the treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying after operation of abdomen.
