内服益气活血药配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病43例疗效观察

目的：观察内服益气活血药配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将83例患者随机分为2组。治疗组43例，内服益气活血药（由黄芪、党参、丹参、川芎、白芍、生地黄、桃仁、红花、香附、地龙、葛根、威灵仙等组成）汤剂配合颈椎牵引治疗；对照组40例，口服扶他林配合颈椎牵引治疗。2组均以15天为1疗程，共治疗2疗程。结果：治疗组显效30例，有效11例，无效2例，显效率69．8％，总有效率95．3％；随访半年，41例（显效＋有效）中复发2例，复发率为4．9％。对照组显效18例，有效14例，无效8例，显效率45．O％，总有效率80．0％；随访半年，32例（显效＋有效）中复发9例，复发率为28．1％。2组显效率、总有效率比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；2组复发率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：益气活血法配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好，复发率低。

Treatment of Radicular Cervical Spondylopathy by Yiqi Huoxue Therapy Associated with Traction of Cervical Vertebrae: A Clinical Observation fo 41 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue therapy (YHT) associated with traction of cervical vertebrae (TCV) for radicular cervical spondylopathy (RCS). Methods: 83 cases were allocated to 2 group randomly. The treatment group (43 cases) was treated by YHT (composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Rehmanniae, Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami, Rhizoma Cyperi, Pheretima, Radix Puerariae, Radix Clematidis, etc.) for oral use and associated with TCV; the control group (40 cases) by votalin associated with TCV. 15 days constitued a course of treatment, and 2 courses were given. Results: In treatment group, 30 cases were markedly improved, 11 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective, the marked effective rate was 69. 8% and total effective rate was 95. 3% ; a follow - up with 6 months showed that 2 cases were recurred, the recurence rate was 4. 7% ; while 18, 14, 8, 45.0% and 80.0% in control group respectively and a follow - up with 6 months showed 9 and 22. 5% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: YHT associated with TCV possesses a good curative effect for RCS with low recurence rate.
