摘    要:目的探讨近视眼屈光度与角膜地形图各参数的相互关系.方法年龄18~51岁的197例392眼,等效球镜为-0.75~-16.25 D,散光度为-0.25~-4.00D近视眼,对其屈光度及角膜地形图各参数的关系进行统计学分析.结果近视眼角膜最大子午线屈光力(Simk 1)与其垂直子午线屈光力(Simk 2)及最小子午线屈光力(Mink)有明显差异,而Simk 2与Mink则差异不明显.近视眼角膜屈光力均随屈光度增加而增加.角膜表面规则性指数(SRI)与角膜表面非对称性指数(SAI)呈正相关,而且近视眼的散光度与其屈光度、SAI呈正相关.结论计算机辅助的角膜地形图能全面、准确地分析近视眼角膜形态、屈光分布及其细微变化,对正确预测和评价屈光性角膜手术效果有十分重要的作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between myopic dioptre and parameters of topography.Methods In 390 eyes of 197 cases with spherical equivalent refraction between -0.75~-16.25 D and astigmatic -0.25~-4.00 D, the relationship between the dioptre and parameters of topography was analyzed.Results The maximum meridian(Simk 1) significantly differed from the vertical meridian (Simk 2)and minimum meridian(Mink),but the difference between Simk 2 and Mink was not significant. The corneal refractive power increased with the increase of refractive degree. The surface regularity index(SRI) was positively correlated with surface asymmetry index (SAI),and the astigmatism was positively correlated with dioptre and SAI in myopia.Conclusion The computer- assisted corneal topography can be used to analyze corneal shape,refractive distribution, and subtle variety comprehensively, and plays a significant role in predicting and evaluating the effectiveness and surgical outcome.
