变通攻补桃红四物汤结合丹参针治疗脑震荡42例

目的 :观察变通攻补桃红四物汤结合丹参针治疗脑震荡的疗效。方法 :将 82例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组用变通攻补桃红四物汤结合丹参针中西医结合治疗 ;对照组按西医常规补液和胞二磷胆碱营养脑细胞治疗 ,必要时 ,予甘露醇针脱水治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 95 2 4 % ,对照组总有效率 6 5 %。两组总有效率比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗脑震荡有较好疗效

Flexible gong-bu tao-hong-si-wu-tang and dan-shen parenteral solution combined treating commotion cerebri:42 cases report

Objective:To observe the effect of flexible tao-hong-si-wu-tang to commotion cerebri based dan-shen parenteral solution.Methods:82 patients were randomly divided in 2 groups,therapy group(Group A,n=42) and control groups(Group B,n=42).The patients of Group A were treated with flexible tao-hong-si-wu-tang and dan-shen parenteral solution;Group B with routine fluid replacement and corenalin,add manicol as necessity.Then these effects of 2 groups were compared.Results:25 case of Group A were cure,15 case were improved,total utility rate was 95.24%;8 case of Group B were cure,18 case were improved,total utility rate was 65%.The difference of 2 groups was very signicant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of tao-hong-si-wu-tang based dan-shen parenteral solution has better effect to treat commotion cerebri.
