异地栽培大青叶和原栽培品种的抗内毒素作用比较

摘    要:比较异地栽培后的大青叶和其原栽培品种的抗内毒素作用,结果显示生态环境改变后,大青叶仍能保持其原栽培品种品质;不同居群大青叶在药理活性方面的差异也不因生态环境的趋同而丧失。表明大青叶是一类种质主导型的药材,环境因素对药材品质的形成不起主要作用。

Abstract:The antiendotoxic activity of transplanted Isatis indigotica Fort. was compared with the originally cultivated breedings. The result showed that the former kept the character of the latter while altering the mode of life and relations to their environment and that differences in pharmacological effect of I. indigotica from different populations still remained after they were transplanted in the same place, which indicated that I. indigotica is a germplasm dominant type crude drug and the environmental factor showed little effect on its quality.
