摘    要:目的 优化便塞通颗粒水提澄清工艺.方法 采用水提液絮凝澄清法与离心法平行对比,以辛弗林、总黄酮保留率及干膏率为评价指标优选水提液澄清工艺.结果 高速离心澄清工艺能有效保留辛弗林及总黄酮等有效成分.选取最佳纯化条件为:药液浓缩至相对密度为1.05(60℃),以12 000 r·min-1高速离心10 min.结论 该法简单可取,适合于便塞通颗粒水提澄清工艺.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the removing impurity method from water of Bian Setong Granules.Methods The methods of clarifying water of Bian Setong Granules by clarificant and by centrifuging were compared with the remaining rates of Synephrine,total flavonoids and dried extract as indexes.Results Centrifuging could remain effective active components.The most optimal clarifying condition was to concentrate the mixture to relative density of 1.05(60℃),and centrifuge in 12 000 r/min-1 for 10 minutes.Conclusion The process is simple and preferable and can be used to clarify Bian Setong Granules.
