| 摘 要： | 目的观察排石中药配合ESWL术治疗输尿管石街疗效。方法将63例输尿管石街患者随机分为3组:(1)A组(n=21):患者在输尿管石街ESWL术后予五淋化石丸合排石汤联合排石;(2)B组(n=21):患者在输尿管石街ESWL术后仅予五淋化石丸口服;(3)C组(n=21):患者在输尿管石街ESWL术后仅予排石汤煎服,比较分析三组间结石排出情况。结果治疗1周后,三组患者均有结石排出,其中,A组的结石排净率为85.7%,明显高于B组(52.4%)和C组(42.9%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论五淋化石丸与排石汤合用在配合ESWL术治疗输尿管石街方面,有促进输尿管石街残留碎石早期排净的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs with ESWL for patients with stone street of ureter. Methods 63 patients were randomized into three groups: group A(21 cases) treated with ESWL and "Wulin Huashi Pill" plus "Paishi Decoction", group B(21 cases) treated with ESWL and "Wulin Huashi Pill", group C(21 cases) treated with ESWL and "Paishi Decoction". The therapeutic effects were observed. Results After treatment for 1 week, the ureter stones of groups A, B and C were all discharged. The ratio of emptying stones in group A was 85.7%,being obviously superior to those in group B(52.4%) and group C(42.9%),P < 0.05. Conclusions "Wulin Huashi Pill" plus "Paishi Decoction" with ESWL is helpful in early emptying of residual stones for the patients with stone street of ureter. |
