| 摘 要： | 目的：比较阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪对女性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法：对34例服用阿立哌唑及34例服用氯丙嗪的女性精神分裂症患者用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI）、阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、副反应量表（TESS）进行评定。结果：阿立哌唑组的躯体健康维度、心理健康维度及社会功能维度得分均明显高于氯丙嗪组，均有显著性差异。结论：阿立哌唑治疗有利于患者提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effects of aripiprazole and chlorpromazine on living quality of the female patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The female patients with schizophrenia who were treated by aripiprazole(n=34) or chlorpromazine(n=34) were evaluated with general quality of life inventory(GQOLI),positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results: The aripiprazole group had better results in physical function,mental health and social function than chlorpromazine group.Conclusions: Aripiprazole is beneficial to improve the living qualities of schizophrenic patients. |
