| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性肝癌患者血清SICAM- 1、VEGF水平及临床意义。方法 应用双抗体夹心EL ISA法对33例原发性肝癌患者进行血清SICAM- 1和VEGF水平测定。并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果 原发性肝癌患者血清中SICAM- 1和VEGF水平非常显著地升高(P<0 .0 1) ,且以转移者更为显著。结论 检测血清SICAM- 1和VEGF水平的变化对了解病情、指导临床实践均具有十分重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investiga te the changes of serum SICAM-1?VEGF lev els and their clinical significance in p atients with primary hepatic cancer.M ethods Serum SICAM-1 and VEGF levels were determined with ELISA in 33 cases o f primary hepatic cancer and 35 normal c ontrols.Results Serum SICAM-1 and VEGF levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in normal contr ols(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum SIC AM-1 and VEGF levels were closely relate d to the disease process of clinical hep atic cancer and were of prognostic value s. |
