| 摘 要： | 目的 分析食管癌和贲门癌切除术应用机械吻合器的经验.方法 回顾性分析1995年3月至1999年8月食管癌及贲门癌切除术应用EEA圆形吻合器和CDH圆形吻合器296例,其中食管癌170例,贲门癌126例,及其使用方法和注意事项.结果 术后无吻合口瘘发生,吻合口狭窄7例,吻合口出血1例.结论 吻合器具有方便、快捷、创伤小及术后并发症少等优点.

| Abstract: | ve To analyse the experinence of using circular staple .Method Circular staple wasused in 296 cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma from March, 1995 to August, 1999.Results No anastomoticfistula, 7 cases of anastomotic stricture and one case of bleeding were observed. Conclusion Circular staple has theadvantage of convenience, quickness, less damage and less complications. |
