小儿脑性瘫痪康复过程中家长的心理分析及对策

目的调查康复训练过程中脑性瘫痪儿童家长的心理状况并提供相应的对策。方法选择2004年9月至2009年9月在我院小儿康复科进行3个月以上康复训练的107例脑性瘫痪患儿的父母或同其共同生活的其他监护人（祖父母，外祖父母）。在获得知情同意后，共调查107人，男51人，女56人，年龄22～65岁。分析心理特点并进行针对性的心理干预。结果脑性瘫痪患儿家长心理状况与其文化程度及医疗费负担比例不同存在差异，其中中学以上学历组对康复治疗的信心显著高于小学及文肓组，而医疗费负担比例高低对家长心理的影响亦存在差异，公费劳保和医疗保险组明显高于自费组。结合患儿家长有着其独特的心理特点，通过充分了解并分析其特点并予以针对性的心理干预，能使其接受并顺利完成治疗。结论脑性瘫痪患儿康复训练过程中其家长的心理状况与文化程度的高低及医疗费用负担对其家长的心理健康状况存在影响。

Mental status of guardians of children with cerebral palsy analysis and countermeasure during the recovery of rehabilitating training

Objective To investigate the mental status of guardians of children with cerebral palsy undertaken rehabilitating training and make corresponding countermeasures. Methods Parents or other synchronously living guardians (grandparents, adoptive grandparents) of 107 cerebral palsy undertaken rehabilitating training for more than 3 months were selected from Children Rehabilitating Medicine in our hospital from Sep 2004 to Sep 2009. Having known the fact, totally 1O7 guardians consented to receive the survey including male 51 and female 56, aged from 22 to 65 years. We analyzed their mental characteristics and gave appropriate mental nurse. Results Mental statuses of Guardians were affected by the educational level, those who had attended high school or more were more confident of healing treatments than those who hadn't been to high school. The burdening ratios of medical treatment expense also affected guardians' mental, those who have socialized medicine or medicare, were more different than those who haven't. According to guardians' mental, we knew and analyzed their characteristics adequately so we gave appropriate mental nurse to help their children finish rehabilitate. Conclusion There is remarkable difference in the mental health status between guardians of children with cerebral palsy undergoing rehabilitating training, their educational level and the burdening ratio of medical treatment expense impose on the mental health of guardians of children with cerebral palsy undertaking rehabilitating training. But the educational level has influence on the mental health status in the guardians of children with cerebral palsy.
