房颤患者行射频消融术围术期抗凝药的应用及护理

目的探讨房颤患者行射频消融术治疗围术期抗凝药的应用及护理措施。方法对228例房颤患者射频消融术围术期正规有效抗凝。结果围术期经正规有效抗凝后,患者手术均顺利进行,术后共发生14例并发症,未出现死亡、栓塞等严重并发症。结论围术期抗凝药应按照医嘱使用,并加强病情观察和健康教育,减少药物、食物对抗凝药的干扰,提高患者使用抗凝药的依从性,从而达到正规有效抗凝的目的。

Application of anticoagulant drugs in the perioperative period of radiofrequency ablation in atrial fibrillation patients and corresponding nursing

Objective To explore the application of anticoagulant drugs in the perioperative period of radiofrequency ablation in atrial fibrillation patients and the corresponding nursing measures.Methods 228 atrial fibrillation patients with radiofrequency ablation were treated with normalized and effective anticoagulation therapy in the perioperative period.Results After the effective anticoagulation therapy in the perioperative period,all the patients had successful operations.14 patients had postoperative complications,and no one had severe complications such as death and embolism.Conclusion Anticoagulant drugs should be used according to doctor′s advice in perioperative period,and meanwhile observation on patients′ conditions and health education should be reinforced in order to reduce the interference between anticoagulant drugs and food.As a result,it can improve patients′ medication compliance and achieve the purpose of normalized and effective anticoagulation.
