切开减压治疗腕管综合征42例临床体会

目的分析切开减压治疗腕管综合征42例临床体会。方法 42例腕管综合征患者均采用切开减压治疗,比较治疗前后的手功能、两点分辨觉和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛。结果 42例患者未有严重并发症。手功能评分治愈6例,显效12例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率为90.5%。42例患者共42只示指术后6个月两点分辨觉较术前明显改善,感觉明显恢复（P=0.00）。术前VAS评分为（6.5±1.7）分,术后为（1.8±0.6）分,两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.01）。结论切开减压治疗腕管综合征是可行的,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical effectiveness of 42 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome through Incision decompression

Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of 42 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome through incision decompression.Methods Forty-two patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were operated through incision decompression.Hand function,two point discrimination and visual analog scale（VAS） assessment of pain were compared between before and after treatment.Results 42 patients had no severe complications.Hand function score,6 cases were cured,12 cases,effective in 20 cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 90.5%.In 42 patients a total of 42 index 6 months after two-point discrimination was significantly improved,obviously feeling recovery（P=0.00）.Preoperative VAS score was（6.5±1.7） before treatment,and（1.8±0.6） after surgery,the two groups have significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Incision decompression for carpal tunnel syndrome is feasible,effective,worthy of clinical application.
