护理干预对于脑出血预后并发症的疗效观察

目的探讨降低脑出血患者并发症的有效护理干预方法。方法将我院自2010年5月至2012年5月收治的120例脑出血后并发症患者,分为基础护理+饮食护理+预见性护理的整体干预组(简称观察组)和内科常规护理组(简称对照组),护理干预后观察其并发症发生率。结果观察组患者出现并发症5例(8.33%),对照组出现12例(20.00%),两组并发症发生率比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论整体护理干预可有效降低脑出血并发症的发生,适宜临床推广。

Nursing Intervention on the Prognosis of Cerebral Hemorrhage Complication of Curative Effect Observation

Objective Discussion on reduction of cerebral hemorrhage patients with complication of effective nursing interventions methods.Methods 120 cases patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the holisti nursing care group（observation group）and usual nursing care group（control group）.After the nursing intervention on the incidence of complications.Results In the observation group and 5 cases had complications（8.33%）,the control group appeared in 12 cases（20%）,two groups of comparison of complication rates,the difference has statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the hemorrhage complications,suitable for clinical application.
