Creutzfeldt-Jakob病的磁共振诊断

目的　探讨头部磁共振成像对Ｃｒｅｕｔｚｆｅｌｄｔ－Ｊａｋｏｂ病（ＣＪＤ）的诊断价值。方法　２例均经脑活检、免疫组化及实验鼠传递证实，分别于发病后２、１２个月进行头部磁共振检查。结果　２ 例双侧尾核、壳核于Ｔ２加权像均呈对称性均质高信号。结论　头部磁共振成像的异常信号对ＣＪＤ诊断虽非完全特异，但结合临床具有一定价值。

MagneticResonance Image Diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease

Objective To assess a diagnostic utility of imaging features of magnetic resonance images (MRI) of patients with Creutzfeldt Jakob disease(CJD).Methods To review the MRI of two patients whose diagnosis of CJD had proved by immunohistochemical staining and experimental animal transmission. The patients clinical findings were also analyzed. Results The two patients had MRI examinations on second and twelfth month respectively after the onset of symptoms. In all two patients the hyperintense sinal abnormalities in the caudate nuclei and basal ganglia on proton density and T2 weighted images were diffuse and bilaterally symmetric. Conclusions Signal abnormality in the basal ganglia and caudate nuclei on MR imagings may be a specific sign of Creutzfeldt Jakob disease and could be helpful in confirming the diagnosis of CJD.
