路优泰在急性冠脉综合征伴抑郁障碍患者中的临床疗效观察

目的：观察急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者抑郁的发生惰况及其路优泰治疗的疗效。方法：ACS患者230例，Zung自评抑郁量表测定抑郁程度，伴抑郁者随机分为常规治疗组和路优泰治疗组，观察12周后两组Zung抑郁自评量表评分、心绞痛及心脏事件的发生情况。结果：ACS组Zung抑郁自评量表评分（42．1±13．8）分，抑郁的发生率达28．7％。路优泰治疗组12周后抑郁量表评分为（41．4±7．3）分，每人心绞痛发作次数为（0．8±1．4）次／周；心脏事件发生1例。常规治疗组12周后抑郁量表评分为（46．5±7．8）分，每人心绞痛发作次数为（3．3±1．5）次，周，心脏事件发生6例。两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：抑郁在ACS患者中有较高的发病率，对此类患者给予路优泰抗抑郁治疗可以改善症状，降低心血管事件的发生率。

Cilnical observation of Neurostan in the treatment of depression incidence of acute coronary syndrome （ACS） patients

Objective： To observe the depression incidence of acute coronary syndrome （ACS） patients and therapeutic effect with Neurostan. 230 ACS patients underwent depression self-assessment using Zung depression scale. Patients with depression were randomly divided into conventional therapy group and Neurostan treatment group. 12 weeks later, the Zung depression scale serf-assessment score, occurrence of angina and cardiac events were observed. Results：ACS group Zung depression scale score （42.1±13.8）, the incidence of depression was 28.7%. After 12 weeks, Neurostan treatment group depression scale score was （41.4±7.3）, angina attack frequency （0.8± 1.4）times/（week-person）, one ease of cardiac events. After 12 weeks, the conventional therapy group Zung depression scale score was （46.5±7.8）, angina attack frequeney（3.3±1.5）times/（week .persen）, six cases of cardiac events.Conclusion：There are high incidences of depression among ACS patients, Neurostan antidepressant therapy to such patients can improve symptoms and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
